Saturday.
We traditionally have dinner together in the hotel restarant for members arriving early.

Sunday
7:30 Showroom open for dealers to set up.
9:15 Annual General Meeting
10:00 Showroom open for business!
12:30 Buffet Lunch
3:30 Raffle drawing
4:00 End of Sale

Times may change.

We have a block of bedrooms allocated to us for Saturday and Sunday nights and the cost is £92 per room, bed and breakfast.
Booking a room: Members need to call the hotel In House Reservations team during office hours on 0116 2428715 and quote reference BA3.
Bookings can also be made by email to reservations@hiLeicester.com.
Our room block will be released to the public in mid-September, so book soon!

Costs

Raffle

Fees are £20 per person which as well as covering room hire, includes tea/coffee/ cakes/pastries through the day and the usual delicious buffet lunch.
Pitch Fees are £40 for a table. We usually have enough room for two tables per dealer (at no extra cost.)

We will be holding a raffle to help with finances. If you have an item in your collection that you no longer need, please bring it along.

Payment on the day is fine, but please let me know that you are coming so that we can tell the Hotel about numbers.

Car Parking is the same arrangemnet as previous years - the hotel gives a discount for parking in the Highcross Shopping Mall. A change this year is that entry is by number plate recognition and normally no ticket is issued.
However, on arrival you must press the button to get a ticket. You will need this for the hotel to discount the cost to £6 per day.

New Visitor Attraction. For those arriving early, on Saturday, the long awaited "Jewry Wall museum" literally next door to the hotel, is now open. www.jewrywall.com
