Full membership of the IPBA (for 2023/24) costs $65 in the USA, $70 in Canada and $75 in
all other countries.
The Benefits of full Membership of the IPBA include:
- You will receive the Perfume Bottle Quarterly magazine - around 32 A4 pages in full colour.
- Through the Annual Directory you will be in touch with about 1,000 members listed alphabetically and geographically
- You can attend the IPBA Annual Convention, a three day extravaganza held in the USA bringing together collectors and dealers from around the world. Includes the largest US auction of bottles.
- The IPBA Website now hosts a Virtual Museum of bottles across all speciality groups.
- IPBA eNEWS. a monthly newsletter sent to members with email addresses. This covers the latest news in the perfume world: auctions, exhibitions, books and websites.
- You have access to the largest library of perfume reference books in the world
UK Chapter Membership
Collectors in the UK & Europe are allowed to join the UK Chapter
only i.e. you do not need to be a full member of the IPBA. UK
Chapter members will not be entitled to the benefits of full IPBA membership but will
be able to take part in all aspects of UK Chapter activities. Membership of the UK Chapter costs £15pa and the membership year is from 1 July.
Subscriptions for members who live outside the UK and who want a paper copy of the quarterly magazines include the increased costs of postage - see the table below.

We have a special rate of £7.50 for collectors who
join after 1st January in any year so they can get a taste of the benefits that membership can bring. The normal rates will apply from 1st July.
UK Chapter members:
- receive our quarterly full colour magazine,
- are eligible to attend both days of our annual convention
- can take part in any other events arranged by the Chapter.

If you want to be a full member of the
IPBA we can look after the US payment for you - simply
send
£68 (for 2017/18) to the Membership Secretary and your $65 IPBA subscription will be paid
for you as well as the UK Subscription. (This rate applies to payments by cheque or bank transfer.
From 2009/10 the Board of the IPBA has introduced two new levels of membership aimed at people who want to support the organisation beyond the normal annual subs. but do not have the time or the opportunity to do so. The IPBA Friend and IPBA Patron levels cost $15 and $30 respectively. UK members who wish to donate in this way should add £10 or £19 for 2012/13. If you want your donation to be anonymous (Friends and Patrons will normally be shown as such in the IPBA annual Directory.) please indicate this when you send your subs.
